Our Mission

HibernOmics DB is dedicated to building an open, comprehensive multi-omics data platform for hibernation biology research. We believe that unlocking the molecular mechanisms of hibernation can not only advance basic life sciences but also provide new ideas for treating human diseases such as metabolic disorders, ischemia-reperfusion injury, and neurodegeneration.

We systematically collect, curate, and standardize multi-omics data for hibernating mammals worldwide, covering all levels from genomics to metabolomics. Through intuitive web interfaces and powerful analysis tools, we enable researchers to easily explore the seasonal molecular dynamics of hibernation.
